Over the weekend two assholes shot and killed 16 people at Bondi Beach in Sydney.
The beach is a source of joy and celebration for Australians. Not this weekend though.
Sydney's Jewish community were celebrating the first day of Hanukkah. Peacefully.
A father and son pair of terrorists then shot and killed at least 16 people, leaving many others injured, some critically.

I'm reluctant to talk of a market angle, but given our role here I'm just going to pass on some of the takes I am seeing that the mood has weighed on AUD.
