USD/JPY above 149.50 after the Bank of Japan minutes

The minutes from the Bank of Japan were from the September meeting so are quite dated.

USD/JPY has climbed a little higher since the release. there really are no signs from the Bank of Japan (the latest meeting was just last week) that any change in policy is imminent.
