  • Schlegel is making it clear that they're not ready to return to the NIRP proposition at this stage

  • The likelihood of negative interest rates has become small
  • If required, we will adjust rates at the March meeting

Well, maybe not quite NIRP but they're pretty much just a couple of steps away from ZIRP at the very least.
