- Last round of QE ending in March won't have an obvious effect on economy
- Expects long-term rates to move up after the Fed starts raising rates and reducing balance sheet
- Fed will likely not wait as long as in the past to trim balance sheet
- Fed funds is the primary tool for monetary policy
I thought we might see a premature end in QE this month but that doesn't appear to be on the table.
