Martin Schlegel
Martin Schlegel was widely tapped for the job once Thomas Jordan announced his retirement.
Antoine Martin is set to become the new vice-chairman while Petra Tschdin was appointed to the three-member governing board of the SNB.
All appointments are effective Oct 1.
