On Monday I noted the weekend remarks from ECB officials:

• 4 ECB speakers over the weekend: concerns expressed on low EUR, & Sept rate hike forecast

On Monday during Europe/US time we had ECB chief economist Philip Lane:

• ECBs Lane: Inflation Is expected to remain high in the near term
