Bloomberg is reporting:
- Fed Gov Cooks lawyer suggests that unintentional clerical error may have been behind the mortgage dispute over which Pres. Trump want a fired
Earlier today Cook sued Pres. Trump for his attempt to remove her from her position at the Fed that it lacks legal cause.
A judge has set Friday at 10 AM to hear the case.
