It's not a surprise she would say that because the dot plot shows just one dot that's not 'similar' to the Fed median. The lone outlier is in the 3.75-4.00% range and my guess is that it's Goolsbee.
There will be a new set of forecasts in March and right now it looks like the risks are to the upside.
