Fed's Bowman:
- Does not comment on monetary policy or the economy

Fed's Bowman has been one of the dissenters on the Fed. She and Fed's Waller publicly stated that a July cut may be warranted. She is speaking, but the initial comments from her speech does not refer to monetary policy or the economy.
Perhaps there will be question-and-answer for that opportunity but it will have to wait
Major US stock indices are higher ahead of the opening at the bottom of the hour, but off the highest levels.
The gains are led by the NASDAQ index which is currently up 183 points. Nvidia shares are leading the way and set to open at a record level after they announced that they will be able to sell their chips to China after all. That is a huge positive.
The S&P index is up 33 point
