Michael Barr nominate to Federal Reserve Board of Governors

The US Senate has confirmed that Michael Barr will join the Federal Reserve Board as a central banks top banking regulator. He will assume the role of a FOMC governor which has permanent voting rights at FOMC rate decisions.
