- The ECB's Scicluna says: I am open to a rate cut in March as inflation fades.
- Choker on the economy should be loosened
I don't know how serious I'm going to take the ECB member from Malta but I guess everyone gets a seat at the table. The euro is ignoring this comment so far, which came in a media interview.
