He makes mention to this part of the statement:
"Any adjustments to the key ECB interest rates will take place some time after the end of the Governing Council’s net purchases under the APP and will be gradual."
In particular, he says that "some time after" could mean some weeks or several months. As always, the ECB wants to tout flexibility and that just sends more mixed messages if anything else.
