ECB's Lagarde: Not seen wage price spiral in the euro zone

Lagarde is on the wires saying:

• not seeing wage price spiral in the euro zone
• quick normal wage growth part of catching up
• action post March will be data dependent
• expects to hike rates by 50 basis points in March
