Federal Reserve chairman jerome powell jumping in the air in a joyful expression

Powell is set to speak at 9:15 am ET (2:15 pm in London). I can't imagine there will be much chance from his post-FOMC press conference and there's a good chance he doesn't address monetary policy at all.
