Chinese state financial media says an RRR cut for all banks is likely

We had this earlier in the week:

• PBOC signals more monetary policy stimulus, including a cut to reserve requirement ratio

• PBoC RRR cut may be in the next few days.

China Securities Journal says a cut is seen as being likely.

In a nutshell the RRR refers to the the amount of cash banks have to keep in reserve (Reserve Requirement Ratio).
