BOJ official says Japan's economic and price conditions don't allow withdrawal of stimulus

The BOJ core CPI target is 2%.

BOJ official:

• BOJ will patiently continue monetary easing aiming to sustainably achieve price target
• unless there are 2nd round effects of inflation, such as wage hikes, its not appropriate to tighten policy
