BoA says the Fed's 3 conditions for a rate hike have been met

I posted earlier in the week on:

• BoA says an FOMC rate hike in June is a close call, Fed needs 3 conditions to be met

As a reminder, in summary, the 3 conditions are:

1) strong economic data,

2) an increase in the debt ceiling, and

3) subdued regional bank stress

BoA says that, "arguably" the boxes have been ticked

• we have checked all these conditions
• even if the Fed skips June, it will keep July in play
