Bank of England again rejects all offers at the daily gilt operation

There's a disconnect here in what the market is expecting and what the BOE is doing. There were 413 million of offers and the BOE didn't accept any for the second day. That's pushed up UK 10-year yields to 4.04% from 4.02%.
