Bank of Canada Governor Macklem says beginning to see the impact of recent rate cuts

Macklem is speaking in parliament. Earlier:

Says now that he is beginning to see some impact of recent rate cuts. Like I said above, maybe seeing what he wants to see. And also maybe saying what the pollies want to hear.
