Long-time Bank of America CEO says their expectation is that the Fed won't cut rates at all this year and into next year.
That runs against the recent trend in markets, which is now priced for 55 bps in easing this year up from 41 bps a couple weeks ago. That's due to some softer economic data and sentiment.
