Weidmann: ECB should simplify inflation target

Comments from the Bundesbank leader:

• Target must avoid big increase in ECB's goal
• New inflation target should dispel perception ECB can control inflation to a tenth of a percent
• ECB should look at how to unwind stimulus

He criticized ECB bond purchases again.
