Correction on the Poloz headline
Headlines crossed earlier saying that Bank of Canada Governor Steven Poloz said that negative interest rates turned out not to work.
Well, as it turns out, he didn't say the word 'not'. He actually said that negative rates have worked. Newswires have made the correction.
