ECB QE is primed to run to Sep 2016 but it looks like they will keep it on a tight leash if it brings inflation to target sooner.
Jazbec is speaking in the WSJ
“QE will positively affect the economy at large and also bring…the price levels to the range of the price stability mandate that the ECB is responsible for.” “I understand it this way…Once the price mandate is fulfilled, we can end it earlier.”
He adds that QE must be complemented, not compensated, with structural reforms
