The Swiss Peoples Party has called for a parliamentary inquiry into the SNB after party bigwig Christian Blocher was swept up into an investigation of the leak of former president Hildebrand’s trading records.

Lots of intrigue from a generally small, sleepy country.

EUR/CHF is back to the familiar 1.2050 area, supported by the SNB peg at 1.2000 but offered on rallies.
