Fed's Daly is a nonvoting member
The San Francisco Fed's Pres. Mary Daly is adding to her earlier comments:
- Fed's Daly says outcome-based a forward guidance has been very effective in the past
- Expects both the Fed and fiscal policy makers would be more if faced with 2nd wave of infections
- we want to return to the level of unemployment we are at precrisis
- companies that were highly leveraged precrisis may not survive through Covid crisis
