- equilibrium interest rates have fallen quite sharply over past decade
Now on his decision to extend his stay or go:
- needs time to reflect on whether he will stay past 2018
- will be an entirely personal decision
- politics is not a factor in whether stay or go
Seems to me like 2018 can't come quick enough for Mr C.
