Mark Carney: Over-rated!

Mark Carney. I think he’s becoming wildly overrated. He’s been dealt an easier hand than most of his counterparts given the surge in oil prices which helped offset weakness from his largest trading partner. He won’t have an oil tailwind when he moves to London this spring.
