Some notable absences:
- European Central Bank President Draghi will not be there (none of the ECB's executive board members will)
- Bank of Japan Governor Kuroda will not be there
Bank of England's Haldane (BoE Chief Economist) will be there, speaking at 1655GMT Friday
Fed Board of Governors to be present will include:
- Chair Powel
- Lael Brainard
- Randal Quarles
11 regional Fed presidents will be there (not San Fran, they don't have one at present)
