Just a heads up if you we’re confused about Draghi’s appearances today (I was).
He spoke this morning to the Finnish parliament (the text I brought you earlier) and is soon to speak (11.30 gmt) at the Bank of Finland. That text will be released on the ECB website in 10 minutes or so and we’ll grab it quick as.
I suspect it’s hardly going to differ from earlier and Draghi does not make comments on direct policy changes within 7 days (ok it’s officially 8 days but he’s already said he’s playing that card) of an ECB meeting so we’re unlikely to get anything inflammatory.
