Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz making a speech today at 12.50 ET
Poloz will speak before the Association des économistes québécois, the Cercle finance du Québec and CFA Québec on a topic entitled "Living with lower for longer"
Be aware that the BOC says it will release the contents of the speech on its website at12.35 ETso we can expect headlines to emerge from that point.
The speech is followed by a press conference at 14.15 ET.
