It is remarkable that QE money is not flowing out of Germany to the rest of the Eurozone
I'm not sure why they would find it remarkable that money is not flowing out of Germany. 1. Their biggest bank is still under fire so is still having to tighten up operations, and 2, to which better country would money go to?
