Former Fed Gov Mishkin: The Fed is right to stay patient

Former Federal Reserve Governor Frederic Mishkin, who was there from 2006-2008 but is best remembered for looking like a bumbling idiot in the movie Inside Job, spoke to Marketwatch and said the Fed is right to be patient raising rates:

I think that certainly that they are worried about a premature tightening and I would agree that is actually the right thing to do.

There isn’t much else in the interview.
