No Federal Open Market Committee meeting this week
The Fed, and other central banks around the globe, stepped in with emergency measures earlier on Sunday:

So, yes, Powell has cancelled this week's planned meeting, says the meeting voer the weekend took its place.
What everyone should be aware of is no meeting this week does not preclude further action from the Fed, at any time, should they deem it necessary. If you haven't seen such between0-mmeitng moves before, we have just learnt this, right?
