Fed's Mester: Dec jobs report was a very decent report

• 3 hikes in 2017 is a reasonable number

• Her forecast is a little steeper than the median

• Had a bit of fiscal stimulus in her Dec forecast

• The US is basically at full employment

• Fiscal policy plays into the outlook for the economy (She hasn't had any yet)

• Would not call inflation a big risk

• The Fed is meeting its inflation goal over the next two years

Mester isn't a voter this year.
