Neel Kashkari is President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, he spoke earlier (link)

Reuters:

• Sees no need for the U.S. Federal Reserve to raise interest rates further as he sees no evidence recent weak inflation data is set to improve

WSJ (may be gated):

• "The Fed should be under no pressure to raise rates. We have time to let inflation climb back to target"

Kashkari does tend to be more dovish than others on the FOMC, his views today come as no surprise
