Fed's Kaplan is speaking
the Fed's Kaplan is on the wires saying that:
- The next 2 or 3 months will be very challenging
- Expects growth to be sluggish over that time.
- Repeats forecast for 5% GDP growth this year but sides big downside risks related to virus
- "substantial further progress" is intentionally left undefined
