Comments from Harker:
- Issues holding back the economy are related to supply not demand
- Until we solve supply issues and child care the labor market will continue to have issues
- The Fed has achieved the inflation goal
These comments are more measured than some other Fed speakers today but he doesn't directly address the big questions.
