Fed's Bullard says wouldn't rule out a rate cut later this year

For some context, Bullard is the most dovish member on the FOMC voting board this year so him arguing for a rate cut isn't the most surprising thing. He has previously said that the December hike was probably one too many, so this is something along those lines.
