More Brainard comments
The US dollar is lower after Brainard's earlier comments, where she strongly hints that the plan is to wait and see what happens to the economy before raising rates.
On the runoff, it will take decades to complete. What are the chances there are no 'large adverse developments' in that time? I'd bet it won't be 5 years before the runoff is reversed.
