ECB's Panetta
Panetta is on the Executive Board. At their last meeting the ECB revised their growth projections higher for 2020 to -8.0% and inflation expectations for 2021 were revised up to 1.0%. Risks skewed to the downside, but ECB were more hawkish than market was expecting at their last ECB meeting, hence the euro strength since Thursday last week.
