- ECB’s OMT program is meant to be used and the ECB stands ready to do so
- Markets no longer betting against the euro
- Sees slow recovery in 2013
Coeure comments run counter to those of his colleague Coene who this morning expressed a willingness to explore Greek debt forgiveness.
