ECB’s Asmussen gives bond buying partial blessing

German central bankers have been resigning left and right over the ECB’s bond buying program but the new guy on the managing board seems to be more on board with the program. Asmussen says that bond buying is in line with the ECB’s mandate but that it must be limited in size and time.
