Draghi says Europe needs better statistics

Nothing market moving in Draghi’s speech but he makes a good point. Greece’s stats were a complete lie and the market is a bit skeptical of the rest of the periphery, which is probably increasing borrowing costs. Draghi seems to be focused on securities holdings data and lending, which couldn’t hurt.
