Ultimately it's banks that need to lend. The money is out there but ultimately the incentive to lend is that you think you're going to make a positive return on the money. So you need growth or higher rates.

I don't think there has been enough talk about the 35-year downtrend in rates and all the structures that only work in a falling-rate, falling-inflation environment.
