Wilkins to speak on the economic outlook
At meetings where the Bank of Canada doesn't hold a press conference, it schedules one of the deputies to speak on the day afterwards to hammer home or clear up any messages.
The market was a bit confused yesterday as the BOC highlighted some positive domestic news but said it hadn't boosted its forecasts.
The comments are due out a 15 minutes after the hour (2:15 pm ET, 1815 GMT).
