Delivers keynote address at Cato conference

Fed's Mester gives keynote address at Cato conference but does not mention current Fed monetary policy.

She does say:

• Population aging to depressed long run neutral rates
• aging population may slow potential growth
• demographic change may also affect business cycle

I guess those comments are a bit more dovish but nothing necessarily new.
