BOE's Ramsden: There's a lot of uncertainty around Brexit

He's touching a lot on the sterling LIBOR in his comments so there may not be much more to add apart from the headline comment. In any case, the BOE is still very much held hostage by this whole Brexit saga as they will have to wait on more clarity before being able to go about their normal business.
