That's a slightly more optimistic take on the Brexit situation but it's nothing too notable, all else being equal. The BOE still has its hands tied due to Brexit so there isn't much else that they can find worth commenting on right now.
Cable is sitting at 1.3055 currently, bouncing up slightly after hitting a low of 1.3035 as price tested near-term support close to 1.3031 (200-hour MA) and yesterday's low of 1.3040.
