BOE governor Mark Carney is testifying before the Treasury committee on financial stability
- Says that in the event of a no-deal Brexit, there would be big economic consequences
Nothing too significant apart from that by Carney so far. He's mainly talking about financial risks and what not. But at least we do know now what he feels on Brexit and what potential scenario would get the BOE worried, and for now we're not there yet.
