Bank of France says weekly economic activity was reduced by 27% in April

That compares with the 32% drop in activity seen in the second half of March

But just take note that April will represent four weeks of reduced activity, as lockdown measures only began on 17 March in France. Bank of France chief Villeroy says that the roughly two months of lockdown has cost 6% of overall economic activity for the year.
